COVID 19 FAQ's

We have now been given assurances from the Government that we are allowed to reopen from May 17th 2020. We are working incredibly hard to follow all of the Government guidelines and recommendations to ensure we are providing a COVID-19 Secure business. 

Once we are open, we are sure you can all appreciate that business will be slightly different to normal. We have detailed below the steps we are taking to ensure we keep Energi a Covid-19 secure business.

  • Booking and Payments

    + Pre-booking of tickets is strongly advised for all customers to help limit your contact with staff on checking in. We have also limited our capacity so pre-booking is advised.

    + Please follow the relevant Government Guidance about meeting and mixing with other households in indoor environments.

    Waivers – all customers will be required to fill in a new waiver form before attending site (this includes customers who have previously filled out a waiver form with us). Please ensure that your entire group has completed a waiver form before attending site to reduce contact and serving time.

    All customers and staff will be required to have their temperature checked at the front door before being allowed access to the building. Energi reserves the right to refuse entrance to any customers or staff displaying symptoms of COVID-19.

    Contactless Card Payments – we have contactless card payments available at Reception and in the Café. This is absolutely our preferred payment method, however we will accept cash payments if contactless is not an option for you.

  • Capacity

    We have reduced our capacity by over 50% to ensure social distancing is possible for all of our guests.

    We will also be reducing our music levels to discourage any increased voice projection. 

  • Social Distancing Measures

    As per Government Guidance, all guests who are not part of the same household will need to remain at least 2 meters apart and there have been social distance measures implemented throughout the park, including floor markets and barriers.

    Our staff will be wearing Visors and / or face masks, so please respect their safety and remain at least 1 meter from them at all times.

    Numerous hand sanitiser stations have been installed throughout the site. We strongly encourage all visitors to regularly sanitise their hands and to thoroughly wash their hands in the toilets.

    We have always had a strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene, however as a result of COVID-19 we have implemented numerous additional measures to ensure we are providing as safe an environment as we can for all our staff and guests.

  • Face Coverings

    + If you are not bouncing on our arena or eating or drinking in our Cafe, you are required to wear a Facemask on our premisesAll of our staff will be wearing Face Masks and / or Face Shields, so please ensure you respect social distancing around our staff members and members of the public. Facemasks are required to be worn on our Fusion Skyride, they will be provided for you when you enter the Fusion Harnessing area. 

  • Parties
    • We are currently accepting Party Bookings from 17th May 2021 onwards 
    • Please only complete a booking for more than 6 people if ALL participants are from a maximum of 2 household / social bubbles. 
    • The 'Rule of 6' applies, so you can have a maximum of 6 people from different households form your party. 
    • We will be continuously updating our party procedures to comply with the rules and regulations set out by the Government. 
    • If Energi cannot host your party due to updated Government Guidance - we will happily provide you with a full refund. 
  • Track & Trace

    We ask customers to use the NHS Track & Trace App upon arrival to Energi and scan into our location using the QR codes posted around Energi. 

  • What steps are we implementing to keep the park clean?

    We have dedicated cleaning teams who will be on hand during all opening hours and their sole responsibility will be to ensure the sanitisation of all high traffic areas of the park. This includes but is not limited to our Reception Area, Café, Trampoline Arena and toilets. We are also implementing additional deep cleans of our entire facility. 

    We have hand sanitiser stations located in all high-frequency touch areas of our park and strongly encourage all guests to sanitise their hands before, during and after their visit to Energi.

  • How are you going to ensure the safety of your staff?

    The safety of everyone who attends Energi is our top priority and we are doing everything we can to ensure we provide a safe, clean and organised environment for customers and staff a-like. Our staff will all be provided with Visors and hand sanitiser which will allow them to remain mobile and safe. Additional PPE is available to staff members if they wish to use it. 

    We have reinforced our sickness & absence policies to our staff and should any staff members present any of the symptoms of COVID-19 they have been instructed to remain at home and follow the appropriate Government Guidance. On top of this, we have also created strict cleaning procedures and ensured we have done everything we can to adhere to social distancing in the work place. 

    All staff members & members of the public will be required to have a temperature check on the front door before they enter the premises.

  • How are you ensuring guests who are infected or presenting symptoms don’t attend Energi?

    We have health & safety guidelines posted at the entrance to our Parks advising guests that if they have any of the following symptoms they should not enter our park and seek medical advice: 

    A new and continuous cough
    A High temperature
    A loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste of smell. 

    This guidance has also been added to our T&C’s for making a booking to discourage guests from attending site. 

    Any customers presenting any of these symptoms will not be allowed access to our Parks. 

    All staff members & members of the public will be required to have a temperature check on the front door before they enter the premises.

  • Do you have a track and trace system in place?

    Yes, we require contact details for all those who attend Energi, so should we be required to contact any members of the public, we will contact the lead name on the booking.

    We also have a QR code for the official NHS Track & Trace system at the entrance to our Trampoline Parks. Please make sure each visitor uses this QR code upon entry to the park.

  • Have you provided your staff with COVID-19 Training?

    Yes – all staff were put through a full days training on all new and existing policies and are not allowed to return to work until they have successfully completed this.

  • How often are your party rooms cleaned?

    Our Party Rooms are deep cleaned between every party. We have limited the number of parties we are offering to ensure we can provide a clean, safe and well ventilated room for your party.

  • Are your sites COVID-Secure?

    Yes – we have completed all of the guidance and are compliant with all Government Recommendations and regulations.
