Is there parking and is it free?
Preston - We are located on a very large retail park with ample parking space outside the front door and offer Free Parking for a maximum for 3 hours.
Carlisle – We have a very large car park with plenty of spaces with no parking restrictions.

Do you have sessions for those with Additional Needs?
Yes – inclusiveness for all is a big part of Energi. We offer an Autism Session every Tuesday at 5pm, with all the flashing lights and music turned off and fully trained Staff on hand. We will do all that we can to accommodate additional needs during any visit at any time to Energi.

We are open the following hours:

Do I need to pre-book my bounce session and do you recommend turning up early?
Absolutely – we always recommend pre-booking via our website or by calling us on 01772 440400 (Preston) or 01228 210215 (Carlisle). This is the only way you can guarantee your jump space. It is also cheaper to book online for our Peak Bounce Sessions.
We always recommend turning up at least 20 minutes before the start of your jump time to ensure than you get your full hours bounce. You will need to collect your wristbands and watch a Health and Safety video before you go onto the park, so please leave yourself plenty of time as especially at the weekends, we do get very busy.
Do you do Birthday Parties?
YES!! We are the Birthday Party Specialists!! We have hosted thousands of parties over the years and will do everything we can to ensure you all have the best time!! We have purpose built exclusive party rooms adjacent to the trampolines where we can cater for parties of different sizes. We have a number of standard packages and are specialist at creating custom parties.
Do you have free wi-fi?
We do indeed – please connect to ‘EnergiGuest’ when you are onsite and use the password ‘jumpjump’ to gain access to the WIFI.
When are your jump sessions and how long to they last?
Our Jump Session start on the hour, every hour (only during our opening times!!) and last for 60 minutes. You can book additional hours at a discounted price on our booking system or at our Reception Desk (spaces depending).
What are your age restrictions?
During Standard Bounce Times, Toddlers aged 2-4 must be accompanied by a fully paying adult (18+) onto the arena and be directly supervised by them at all times. Children aged 5+ are allowed onto the arena without a supervising adult, however there must be a parent or responsible adult on the premises for all children aged 11 and under.
Unfortunately, we do not allow Under 2’s onto the arena during Peak times. We do offer a Toddler Session Monday – Friday (Term Times) 10am-11am and 1pm-2pm which are specifically designed sessions for all Toddlers aged 5 and under.
How will I know what to do when I get there?
Our lovely and friendly Energi Crew will assist you in any way that they can upon your arrival. Please head to our Reception Desk when you first arrive to check-in and our amazing Reception Team will inform you of what you need to do from there onwards.
Do I have to wear Energi socks?
Yes – we only allow Energi Socks to be worn on our arena. We cannot allow you to wear other Trampoline Park socks, however we are more than happy to swap them for Energi socks, for free, at our Reception Desk.
Do I have to sign a Waiver form and how can I do that? How long are they valid for?
All bouncers must have a signed and valid waiver form to bounce on the arena. Anyone aged 16+ can sign a waiver on behalf of themselves. Anyone aged 15 and under must have a waiver signed by a responsible adult / parent / guardian aged 18+. Electronic Waiver forms are valid for 12 months and must be re-signed after expiring.
You can sign a waiver using the following link or access the waiver page on our website. You will also receive an email containing a link to fill out a waiver upon completing an online booking. As a last resort, you can sign a waiver onsite at our Reception desk but we always encourage customers to pre-sign waivers before coming to site.
Are all of your features included in a Standard Bounce Price?
Yes – all of our amazing features at Energi are included in the price of a Standard Bounce. The only additional cost is our Fusion Skyride at Preston which is an additional £2 per ride, per person.
What is classed as Peak / Off Peak?
For Standard Bounces:
Off-Peak – All Day Monday – Thursday and Friday until 4pm.
Peak – Friday from 4pm, All Day Saturday & All Day Sunday.
Off-Peak - All Day Monday – Thursday and Friday until 4pm.
Peak – Friday from 4pm, All Day Saturday & All Day Sunday.
Is there a Café I can sit in and watch over my children or friends on the arena?
Absolutely – we have specifically designed our mezzanine Cafes and Trampoline Arenas to ensure you have the best seats in the house in the Café, being able to watch your children on all of the features of the park. There is no charge to sit in the Café and we encourage all parents to head upstairs and enjoy watching their friends or children on the arenas.
Do you have wheelchair access or a lift?
There are steps to the Café and small steps up onto the arena. Unfortunately we do not have a lift system in place but a member of staff will always be on hand to assist with Buggies or Bags. We have reserved seating downstairs and will happily provide a waitressing service from the Café upstairs for those unable to access the Café.
Can I bring my own food or drink into Energi?
No, only food and drink bought at Energi can be consumed within the building. Please do not bring any external food or drink into Energi unless it has been previously agreed with the sites Management Team.
Can I turn up and pay on arrival?
Yes cash and card payments payments can be taken but please be sure to arrive in plenty of time to be checked in and complete your waiver if necessary. We urge you to use the website or call ahead to check availability for your preferred session. We get very busy at weekends, during school holidays and in the evenings. There is also an additional cost of £1 to Walk In and Pay on Arrival to our Peak Jump Sessions.
Do I have to pay for lockers?
No – our lockers are free of Charge and require a custom 4 digit code to be locked. All instructions are on our lockers, however if you need assistance please ask a member of staff who will gladly help you.
Do you have baby changing facilities?
Yes – we have a Baby Changing Unit located within our Disabled Toilets on the bottom floor next to Party Room 2. Please ask at Reception for the Key to gain access to the Disabled Toilet.
Do you offer Group / Large Group Discounts?
Absolutely - please call our booking teams and ask to speak to members of the Management Team who will be more than happy to accommodate your booking and look after you!
Is there a weight / height limit?
There is a weight limit of 21 stone to go onto the Trampoline Arena.
What are the Restrictions for using the Fusion SkyRider at Energi Preston?
Riders have to be over a minimum height (TBC) and weigh no more than 16 stone. There is not a minimum or maximum age, just a minimum height.
Can I jump if I am Pregnant?
Unfortunately not. During our Toddler Sessions (Monday – Friday 10am-11am, 1pm-2pm during Term Time) we are more than happy to allow you access onto the arena, but you must stay on the grey pathways and not bounce on the Trampolines. During all other sessions I’m afraid we cannot allow you onto the arena at all.
Do you run fitness Classes?
Yes!! We run Fitness classes Sunday – Thursday 8pm-9pm at our Preston site and Monday – Thursday 8pm-9pm at our Carlisle site.
Can I get a refund or cancel my session?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We are happy to refund bookings in full 24 hours in advance of the booking date. We can happily keep bookings as Credit for future visits. Please call us to discuss your options.
